“Iceberg” radiators production technology involves the principle of “collapsible core” made of copper or finned aluminum rolling tube. Tubes are mounted, depending on the internal pressure and medium of the radiator, into rubber seals or rings installed into the radiator header and fixed with plastic clips. This technology allows to produce high quality collapsible radiators, which have a variety of advantages: increased resistance to vibration, the ability to perform patching in the field environment, facility to clean and conduct preventive maintenance.
TECHNOLOGY ADVANTAGES
Operates in extreme service conditions, resistant to vibration
Efficient operation of rubber seals in the range from - 60 to + 213°Ń
100 % repairable in the field
Increased heat transfer through ramp-type vortex generator and a one-piece finned aluminum tube
